From Patna to building one of India’s most trusted hearing care brands, Vishwajeet Vishnu’s journey is a story of grit, growth, and relentless purpose. Born in a humble household, life took a sharp turn when his father’s job in the handloom sector vanished. That moment left a young Vishwajeet not just fighting for school exams but also for survival. Those early scars, though painful, became the roots of his strength.

Years later, after spending seven years in the corporate world and experimenting with multiple business ventures, his path found meaning in an unexpected space—hearing care. Introduced to the hearing aid industry by a cousin, he saw not just a business but a calling. With zero background in audiology, he enrolled for a diploma in hearing language and speech, set up his first 10x7 ft clinic in Indirapuram, and started from scratch.

Today, Ear Solutions stands tall with over 75 clinics across 26+ cities, having helped more than 1.25 lakh people hear again. From AI-powered Bluetooth hearing aids to invisible designs, the company blends world-class tech with heartfelt care. But numbers alone don’t define success here. It's in the teary smile of an elderly parent hearing their child after years, or a toddler saying "mumma" for the first time. “Helping someone hear their loved ones again—that’s powerful,” says Vishwajeet.





Surviving COVID was a different battle altogether. With 100+ employees and zero cash flow during lockdowns, the business could’ve collapsed. But honesty, transparency, and shared sacrifice kept them afloat. That phase became a hard-earned badge of resilience.

Dubbed “The Travelling CEO,” Vishwajeet recently completed a 20,000 km solo drive across 20+ countries to spread hearing health awareness. He's also a Certified Independent Director, frequent guest speaker, and passionate mentor to new-age founders. His campaign #AbSabSunenge is not just branding—it’s a nationwide push to end the silence around hearing loss, especially in small towns.

With his Mission 150 goal to reach 150 Indian cities by 2030 and a mobile app on the way that lets users test hearing virtually and connect with audiologists, the journey ahead looks just as bold. “Don’t wait for perfect conditions,” he says, “start with what you have, where you are.”
