Born and raised in Jaipur, Varsha Poddar is a commerce graduate who had her mind circuitry geared towards entrepreneurship; she is never the one to settle. Dreams never merely came to her, they haunted her since her infancy—not in terror, but in insistence. It was a pang, an itch that was born of the knowledge that she was destined to create something that existed beyond restraints. Life had dealt some curveballs—those unforeseen twists that would cause anyone to rethink. To her, they were just fuel.

Varsha did not have to wait to discover her passion in a classroom; she was programmed to love. Aesthetics and creativity were not only skills, but also instincts. That magnetism drew her towards expression and excellence, which brought her into a world of brands and creators—and she followed her curiosity. All the projects turned into stories, all the meetings into memories. It was more than work to her; her work was a passport to places she never imagined going, and people she never imagined could be reached.

There was no silver spoon. No wealthy design school emblem. No home base of fans in the bleachers. The path was not given to her—she made it. No map, no guide, only the naked ambition and this voice within: walk, even though it be dark. “It was only that I did not want to turn back my walking but in the dark and the path unknown,” she said. The hardships did not make her go down in pieces—they made her bones.

What once felt like a limitation—not being able to study design—became her edge. She didn’t just overcome that regret, she reversed it. One day, she was the outsider looking in. The next, she was on stage as a speaker, speaking to the very students from the colleges she once longed to attend. And beyond that, she was hiring them.
The journey wasn’t linear; it was layered. Each moment—of rejection, of self-doubt, of little wins—stacked like bricks to a future that’s still under construction. And Varsha’s advice to those building their own? “If you can't walk, crawl. But serve your purpose like you're on fire. One life, just one—run towards your wildest dreams.”
